Redentor

 

REDENTOR is a double malted light beer with an alcoholic grain of about 6.5°.

REDENTOR is a high-fermented dual-malt fermented beer with German inspiration, copper color and fine foam, compact and persistent. The aroma of caramel is felt in the smell, the fruity taste is derived from the type of special yeast used, is not pasteurized and is free from preservatives.

Ciaro de Luna

 

Beer Weizen:

Production of raw artisan beer

Our CIARO DE LUNA beer follows the traditional Weizen brewery production process.
Our handmade beer is not subjected to the pasteurization process and no preservatives are added during the processing.
CIARO DE LUNA is a weizen beer or a wheat beer produced with a mixture of wheat and barley malt, light, fresh, refreshing and slightly acidic with the typical banana scent.

Biondina

 

BIONDINA: Hell beer produced exclusively with pure barley malt
This blonde Hell beer is produced with an artisan method from an ancient recipe, with the same care and art of a time.

It is a light brew beer of pure barley malt, with a dry taste and light body, well balanced with a pleasant honey aroma and notes of cereal on the palate. It is not pasteurized and is free from preservatives.

An inviting blonde Hell beer, from fine foam, a fine golden color and intense, malted flavor and a hint of aftertaste, ideal for drinking individually or in accompanying appetizers or first courses.

Boca da basi

 

DunkelBock double malt beer

This red beer is produced with an artisan method from an old recipe, with the same care and art of a time.

Red BOCA DA BASE, a low-fermented and dark-colored DunkelBock style beer, is characterized by its strong caramel taste and toasted notes of dark amber color, fine and creamy foam, and a full round body. It is not pasteurized and is free from preservatives.

Cankara

CANKARA is an Apa style beer, with a characteristic golden color, made with malt blade and American hops, with a refreshing and intense flavor, with hints of citrus and spices, fine foam, full body and round.
The APA (American Pale Ale) beer is characterized by a bitter and dry taste and a strong aftertaste of hops.
It is not pasteurized and is free from preservatives.

Kanaja

 

Kanaja: The Rumatera Beer Pils

Kanaja is a Pils beer, produced in low fermentation. Straw yellow color and fine and persistent foam. Produced with only malt, it leaves a mild hue in the mouth and a bit bitter.
This beer was produced in collaboration with the rock band Rumatera
It is not pasteurized and is free from preservatives.
